The lab coat is an important part of the medical and health world of today. There are different types of lab coats available today, where each has different specifications. Some of the types of lab coats are lab coat white, color lab coats and counter coats. The basic lab coats are made of 80% polyester and 20% cotton and can be used by both men and women. Color coats too have the same material composition while the counter coats are made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. They are similar to lab coats but are only shorter and look like blazers.
Lab coats are today used during tests and researches and while performing specific tender medical works. Unlike yesterdays, today lab coats are not only available in white but also in various colors, shapes and sizes. This makes doctors look fresh and graceful than in white lab coats.
Lab coats today have many uses today and have different looks, styles and trends. They are also very comfortable and are not body hugging. Their design is such that they emit a professional and presentable look to everyone. Today, lab coats are considered to be a uniform of doctors and nurses and are trendy, comfortable and professional. They are also rather cost effective.
As lab coats are used for safety and hygiene, it is important that you clean and wash the lab coats regularly. And since the hospitals undergo the maximum wear and tear, the material used in creating the lab coats has to be tough, user friendly and strong. This makes the lab coats resistant to frequent cleaning. Moreover, dirty lab coats make the atmosphere unclean and unprofessional. And it is since dust is not that visible in color lab coats it is today the preferred choice amongst health professionals.
